As one of Nebraska's biggest cities, Omaha has its share of urban sprawl, but spend a little time in town and find museums, pleasant parks, plenty of places to tuck into for an Omaha steak and somewhat unexpectedly, an indoor rainforest.
Bridal Veil Falls is only a short distance from Telluride, and is one of Colorado's most photogenic waterfalls. To reach this 300-foot tall cascade, follow a steep, well-maintained dirt road 1.2 miles to the base of the falls, continuing for another half a mile to reach the top. Numerous options exist from the top to extend your ride into the mountains around Telluride.
