As one of Nebraska's biggest cities, Omaha has its share of urban sprawl, but spend a little time in town and find museums, pleasant parks, plenty of places to tuck into for an Omaha steak and somewhat unexpectedly, an indoor rainforest.
There are RV hook-ups, tent camping, restrooms and showers at the historic Whidbey Island Fairgrounds in Langley. It is within walking distance of the quaint and art-filled town of Langley. This is an ideal location to camp and explore the island and experience Langley shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and brewery, the beach and marina. Many places feature live music. Camping is on a first come first serve, however, there are ample sites available! Camping is not available to the public during the month of July, when it hosts the Annual Island County Fair. Horse, pet and kid friendly.
