Description

For the hiker or packer who is looking for solitude, this is the trail to use. The West Fork Pine Creek Trail is a secondary trail off the main wilderness trail system. This trail is not maintained by Forest Service crews, but does occasionally get logged out by hunters and packers. It can be difficult to negotiate for the beginner or intermediate trail user. This trail leaves Forest Service Road 5401811 and goes west for 3 miles to tie in with the Canyon Mountain Trail 218.
